Surfcar Clandestino

Original article by Hangten Magazine!

Take a funeral car and make it a lovely SURFCAR, it only can happen to a disturbed mind like his crazy owner PEPE CLANDESTINO.

Before

After

Pepe and the Clandestino car.

Pepe - "It has always haunted me the world of old American cars, woodies and 50-60 surfers cars and most of them agree on one thing, the round headlights. When I first saw the Clandestino 124, I freaked out, had round headlights, a part of the body in glass, with all the back to look a bit as if it were "supersonic". It was all a Spanish car, classic, rare and that was a challenge but at that time was the essence of the American Surf Hearses".

The original car is a Seat 124 family series with a funeral bodywork, registed in 1973 by the Mirsan  Funeral Company.

I already said I was a little crazy.

This gem and its owner will be in the next MOTORBEACH FESTIVAL that take place in Asturias, Spain on the penultimate weekend of July, sure to be one of the sensations of the event.

Pepe is also the owner of the brand "Clandestino Surf Clothing", come to take a look it will surprise you.
